刘数华，1978年生，工学博士，澳门新永利网站教授、博导、珞珈青年学者，湖北省优秀学士、硕士学位论文指导教师。

分别于2001年6月、2003年6月、2005年12月在澳门新永利网站获工学学士、硕士和博士学位。2006年1月至2007年12月在清华大学进行博士后研究。2008年1月进入澳门新永利网站，2008年11月晋升副教授，2013年9月至2014年9月留学University College London，2014年11月晋升教授，2018年9月至2019年9月留学University College London。

兼任中国水利学会碾压混凝土筑坝专委会副主任委员、中国硅酸盐学会固废分会理事、中国建筑学会建筑材料分会理事、中建西部建设建材科学研究院特聘专家、武汉三源特种建材有限责任公司特聘专家、江苏诚意工程技术研究院特聘专家、《硅酸盐通报》编委等职务。

主要从事水工建筑材料、新型胶凝材料、固废利用等方面的研究。主持和参与国家自然科学基金项目、国家科技支撑计划、国家重点研发课题等40余项科研项目。获省部级奖3项;出版学术专著2部，参编标准6部、手册1部、十一·五国家级规划教材1部;发表学术论文100余篇，其中SCI收录70余篇、EI收录30余篇。
